Sam Saghafi
Sam Saghafi is a career CPA who advised construction and real-estate businesses. Beginning in 2010, he became involved in rental properties and fix-and-flip projects. After experiencing poor communication and service from contractors, he created Concord Design & Build around trust, communication, and service.

Concord Design & Build LLC was founded to bring professional accountability to residential construction—the level of trust, communication, and service Sam expected as a client himself.
Today Concord guides homeowners through projects of many scales—from powder-room renovations to custom homes—across Northern Virginia and Montgomery County, Maryland.
